1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of HARBOR, operated by HARBOR Marina Co.

2. The service

HARBOR provides berth booking, tide and chart data, and harbor service listings. Berth reservations are subject to the dockmaster's confirmation.

3. Safety notice

Chart and tide data are advisory. Mariners remain responsible for safe navigation, and nothing on HARBOR replaces a prudent lookout.
