Seasonal berths are the backbone of the harbor. Reserve before the July rush and your boat keeps the same slip from first launch to haul-out, with the tide chart, the pump-out, and the grill all where you left them.

What's included

power     30A or 50A shore power, metered
access    keycard gate, showers, and dinghy dock
extras    seasonal pump-out and one haul-out credit

The fine print

Same-slip renewal opens to returning boaters first each November. New seasonal requests go into the waitlist and get offered as slips come free.
